My first Troy Trailblazer series has just finished in the Phoenix last week and now I'm up to date with all my deadlines I figured it was about time I posted some artwork from the six part series: Troy Trailblazer and the Starfire Sword. I had so much fun on this and I think its some of my most polished and consistent work to date. Troy and the gang underwent a subtle redesign for the start of this series, Troy lost the red helmet, had his suit design streamlined and his face given more personality with scruffier hair, bigger eyes and a pointier nose, sounds stupid but it makes a huge difference. And Barrus finally opened his eyes so that I could give him a better range of emotion. [link]
